Position Summary:
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our PeopleSoft Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HR processes and PeopleSoft functionalities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our HRIS to support our HR operations and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the integrity and reliability of the PeopleSoft HRIS, including regular updates and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users, resolving system issues in a timely manner.
Manage HR data within PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategy.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through the effective use of PeopleSoft functionalities.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and new features.
Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities and best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures.
Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst
Strong technical proficiency in PeopleSoft
HRIS certifications (e.g., PeopleSoft Certification, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
