Human Resources Information System Analyst

Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our PeopleSoft Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HR processes and PeopleSoft functionalities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our HRIS to support our HR operations and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity and reliability of the PeopleSoft HRIS, including regular updates and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users, resolving system issues in a timely manner.
• Manage HR data within PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through the effective use of PeopleSoft functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and new features.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst
• Strong technical proficiency in PeopleSoft
• HRIS certifications (e.g., PeopleSoft Certification, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
