The HRIS Analyst will work support the the HR and IT Team with configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operation and ongoing administration of the Talent Management System, SuccessFactors. The role will be involved with research and development to enable continuing innovation of the TMS. This individual will work with HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
-Understand the HR business processes supported by the HR systems.
-Liaises HR and IT as well as 3rd party vendors
-Ensures system integration functionality
-Generates reports/queries
