Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Mid to Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to be a pivotal member of our innovative HRIS team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the ongoing development, implementation, and support of our Workday system. In this role, you will spearhead the ongoing development and support of our Workday system, playing a key role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing top-tier support and analysis to our HR and various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday system, including Core HCM, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage and lead HRIS projects from conception through implementation, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
Create, maintain, and optimize complex reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and Workday updates to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday system administration.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and one or more additional modules (Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, Payroll).
Proven experience managing HRIS projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Certification in Workday is a plus.
