Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Mid to Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to be a pivotal member of our innovative HRIS team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the ongoing development, implementation, and support of our Workday system. In this role, you will spearhead the ongoing development and support of our Workday system, playing a key role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing top-tier support and analysis to our HR and various departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday system, including Core HCM, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Talent modules.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage and lead HRIS projects from conception through implementation, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize complex reports and dashboards to support HR and business needs.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and Workday updates to ensure optimal system performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday system administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and one or more additional modules (Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, Payroll).
  • Proven experience managing HRIS projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Certification in Workday is a plus.
