Title: HRIS Analyst

Hours: 8am – 5pm M-F

Pay: 70-85k

Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid after training)


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience
  • 2+ years of HRIS experience
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • ADP experience (preferred)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting and user support.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to assess and analyze current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, implement changes finding opportunities to automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay aware of regulations, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provides technical expertise and direction for a variety of professional human resources management system projects, audits and ad-hoc report requests.
  • Serves as go-to for support and training within HR department and end-users on HRIS functionality.
  • Stay up to date on best practices related to HR technology and provide recommendations regarding strategies and solutions for various Human Resources processes and workflows.
  • Determines priority and feasibility for implementation of changes; validates and tests programs/calculations.
  • Acts as point of contact for HRIS initiatives related to new software implementation, enhancements, data migration, open enrollment (system set up, file feeds and reconciliation), performance reviews and assigned projects.
  • Serves as system administrator to assign appropriate system access assignment and ensure data privacy and security across HR platforms by implementing with maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.
  • Leads completion of regulatory filings ensuring documentation fulfills all requirements and meets reporting deadlines.
  • Writes policies and procedures for the execution of specific processes.
  • Provides training and support for non-technical personnel.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
