HR Generalist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a wide range of HR responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Manage and resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
