Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Marion, IA. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, as well as payroll and benefits administration. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can effectively handle multiple HR functions.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years' of HR experience required
Strong foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Proficiency in employee benefits administration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Experience in recruitment and employee performance management
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
