Job Details
Act as a resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more
Support recruiting and professional development functions
Oversee orientations, trainings, onboardings, and offboardings
Support benefits administration, including open enrollment
Update employee handbook and policies in accordance with laws and firm values
Assist with firm events, including client-related functions as well as team building
Perform research and analyses to provide strategic recommendations
Assist with investigation and resolution of employee relations matters
Salary Range: $90-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years’ Human Resources Generalist experience
SHRM or PHR certification, highly preferred (either obtained or in-process)
Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
