Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Maintaining, and updating Employee HR records
  2. Manage Recruiting, Job postings, screening resumes and candidates for various positions.
  3. Maintain a good active relationship with our staffing agencies focused on hourly employees.
  4. Address Employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and the ability to address employee Behavioral issues.
  5. A good listener, and a problem solver
  6. Install an Employee Performance Review Process for Hourly and salaried employees.
  7. Work with Benefit providers and the ability to setup, manage and conduct open enrollment events is a must
  8. Address Employee Benefits updates based on Life Event Changes (Marriage, Divorce, Childe birth, etc)
  9. Past working history with Paylocity Time Tracking, Payroll, and Expense Management is a PLUS!
  10. Pre-Payroll activities, including timesheet validation and verification, timesheet corrections. and approval
  11. Process Paylocity Payroll. Manage Post Payroll reporting and Payroll register review and validation.
  12. Provide Necessary Payroll/Expense Reports to Accounting
  13. Process/Review Employee Expense reports.
  14. Work with Accounting Department to validate Employer Tax obligation calculations on a quarterly basis.
  15. This is a 100% Onsite Employment opportunity at our Tustin Location. We also have Warehouses in Santa Ana, and Bloomingdale GA.
  16. Qualification:Bachelor's Degree is MUST! - Preference would be in closely related fields such as Accounting, Phycology, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior).
  17. 7-10 Years of Experience in smaller Organizations (Less than 200 employees) is preferred.
  18. Fluency in English and Spanish languages is a must!
  19. Ability to install Industry best practices into a practice that is not up to date.
  20. Experience and prior work history with Paylocity
  21. Expertise in Employee Performance review process is required.
  22. Familiarity with California and Federal Labor laws is required.
  23. Professional References and the ability to speak to these references will be required prior to a job offer.
