Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter

MISSION:

Responsible for the operative execution of Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter processes for the area assigned from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managers, in accordance with the leader above and in alignment with guidelines, procedures as well as values and principles sustained by HR strategy, fostering the level of employee engagement.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


HR MANAGEMENT AND RECRUITING PROCESS EXECUTION

  • Understands business needs in terms of HR open requisitions for the area assigned and implements the most effective recruiting strategy in accordance with the leader above and in alignment with guidelines procedures and SG values.
  • Leads the operative and effective running of HC budgeting and HR recruiting process end to end, from the request needs, recruiting and onboarding, ensuring business continuity.
  • Executes scouting and screening processes for qualified candidates, planning interviews and conducting technical interview with the relevant manager; provides regular updates and final feedback to the whole population.


MONITORING AND REPORTING

  • Analyses HR processes effectiveness aimed at revisioning and enhancing the operative execution and planning at local level as well as measuring the level of services and satisfaction achieved.
  • Monitors and reports HR initiatives progression including the defined agreements deadlines accordingly with the business needs, guidelines and the leader above in order to meet the targets assigned for the population in scope.


RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Interacts regularly and effectively communicates with internal functions and external stakeholders, aimed at delivering assigned targets and fostering knowledge transfer across the organization.



REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years’ experience gained in dealing with HR recruiting process.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, (preferably specializing in drug delivery systems DDS).
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic nature of start-up environment.
  • Flexibility to handling challenging priorities and unexpected challenges.
  • Creative and resourceful in finding solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hiring issues promptly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit with company culture and values.
  • Understanding of importance of cultural alignment in a startup environment.
