What you should know: This dental company has 1,500 employees across three states in the Pacific Northwest. This role reports to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.


A day in the life:

  • Employee Support: Manage and respond to employee inquiries received via shared inboxes and digital platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Benefits Administration: Utilize your understanding of benefits and life events to assist employees with basic inquiries regarding benefits packages and eligibility criteria.
  • HR System Management: Navigate and update HR systems (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos Dimensions) to ensure accurate employee data management and administrative support.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to employees by addressing their questions and concerns courteously and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and cross-functional departments to resolve employee issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee interactions, inquiries, and administrative processes.
  • Training and Development: Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and HR best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance to employees.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Associates degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems like UKG Pro or Kronos Dimensions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees at all levels.


Compensation and Benefits: $24 - $25 per hour
