The Human Resources Coordinator will work with a global team to provide recruitment support for HITLAB. The incumbent will source candidates as appropriate and oversee the recruitment process which entails the maintenance of job descriptions, posting job ads, collecting and responding to applicants and applications, scheduling and conducting initial screenings and interviews. A successful candidate for this position will partner directly with the HR team in coordinating recruitment and on-boarding operations and functions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers worldwide to identify staffing needs and job specifications
Consistent sourcing of new candidates to fill recruitment needs
Focus on in-demand specialties and geographic areas
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and social media
Proactively identify new candidate sourcing channels to increase the recruitment funnel
Collect, process, and validate the selected candidate’s documentation and credentials
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Conduct initial candidate assessments
Conduct on-boarding and orientation process of new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Manage the applicant tracking system to keep candidate information up-to-date
Facilitate the offer letter process
Maintain or create job descriptions
Organize and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
Support HR team during recurring recruitment initiatives
Provide support in HR administrative task
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration, or a related field would be preferred
Experience may be considered in lieu of degree
2+ years of experience in recruitment
Healthcare and Technology industry experience is a plus
