Eclipse Advantage is looking for an HR Coordinator that will support day-to-day human resources operations and special projects This position will be responsible to provide HR administrative support; including human resources processing, unemployment claims, employment verification, and Audit invoices.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

.

  • Administrative support to the corporate HR team
  • Process Unemployment claims and attend hearings via phone.
  • Order and track Labor Posters
  • Audit Invoices.
  • Complete employment verifications, medical support notices and legal file retrieval.
  • Pull weekly reports and special reports as requested.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System and/ or Human Resource Information System.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Energy and excitement to work in a position that will be rewarding.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:
