About the Role: We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to do just that for a Fortune 500 company. The ideal candidate will possess an operational mindset who can stay organized in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver systems-based recruiting responsibilities for a specific line of business supporting students & grads recruiting, including req management and scheduling.
Provide support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to recruiting operations, client leads, recruitment team members.
Provide bandwidth relief for downsized coordinator populations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Workday experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Strong Administrative Support experience
Organizational Skills
Attention to Detail
Time Management
