Human Resources Consultant

Our client, a climate solutions mission-based startup is looking for a temporary Human Resources Consultant & Conflict Management Solutions Expert to support their team! This is a part-time, contract, remote assignment that will be working as needed. In this role, you will be working closely with C-level executives, and be pivotal to deescalating and resolving internal conflict in their small, 12-person office.

**This is a contract role, pay will be $70-110/hr*

Responsibilities

• Pursue knowledge of business practices, policies, organization structure, roles.
• Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues.
• Identify strategic initiatives and assist with the execution of solution.
• Develop and facilitate organization-specific training.
• Ensure innovative learning and development.
• Guide management through organizational development.
• Provide service in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with other duties as apparent or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in high-level human resource positions and conflict resolution
• Must be proactive and a self-starter
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to hear multiple hats
