YOUR IMPACT

The HR Business Partner will be a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance and support for the organization. They collaborate with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals to enforce clarity, positively impact culture, and drive team member engagement.


You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefit programs that contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our team members for all corporate-based and corporate store employees. This includes, but is not limited to: medical, dental, vision, disability, life, worker’s compensation, 401k, wellness, paid time off, LOA’s, service recognition, and all other supplemental company offerings and benefits/recognition as well as payroll support. Furthermore, responsible for providing analytical and technical support in the creation, implementation, maintenance, and delivery of all benefit programs and supporting technology. Your role will involve strategic planning, communication, and ensuring the effective administration of various team member benefit initiatives.



WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide support to all teams that fosters collaboration, transparency, and clarity through our core values.
  • Execute HR strategies that support Wingstop' s values, vision, and goals. Collaborate with teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and change agent related to business initiativesBuild and foster healthy relationships and effectively communicate with key leaders
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategic vision for team member benefits aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the competitiveness and relevance of our benefits offerings.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of team member benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Manage relationships with benefit vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize service levels and costs.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of benefit programs and providers to assess performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively communicate benefit programs to team members.
  • Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
  • Conduct educational sessions and workshops to help team members understand and maximize their benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits, including but not limited to health care reform, ERISA, and HIPAA.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement changes in legislation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding benefit-related inquiries, concerns, or issues.
  • Advocate for team members in addressing benefit-related challenges and providing guidance on available resources.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and organization.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning all functional areas. Maintain all personnel records in accordance with all laws or local governing bodies including HIPAA, or other departments in the organization.



WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Human Resources related experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a specialization in benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and trends.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Frequent use of a computer, or other such equipment, essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
  • Occasional work outside of regular business hours, based on business needs.
  • Frequent use of mental energy to serve the guest, brand partner and operations.
  • Frequent physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending
