Job Description:

DTN has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in an agile and high-growth work environment. The HRBP team provides client-focused people solutions that drive business results in a global technology organization. The HRBP works collaboratively with leaders and the HR team members to develop and deliver programs and services that drive high performance and engagement.

Responsibilities


  • Provides local/regional support for consultative and tactical HR activities related to the employee lifecycle, supporting all talent processes, programs, and policies in alignment with business strategy.
  • Works closely with management, in collaboration with HR colleagues, in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development regionally, ensuring policy governance and compliance with local employment laws.
  • Provides manager coaching on a variety of employee engagement and employee relations matters and resolves exercising judgement within established guidelines.
  • Leads local/regional, and supports global, HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational change through organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
  • Supports and drives culture, diversity and inclusion, employee recognition and engagement initiatives. Actively participates in on-site employee activities and community events.
  • Collaborates with the global talent acquisition team to develop talent acquisition and onboarding strategies that attract top talent.
  • Partners with global talent acquisition team to provide support and guidance regarding international mobility, sponsorship of foreign nationals and other immigration-related matters.
  • Manages annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc.
  • Partners with HR operations team to provide employee solutions related to payroll, HRIS, compensation and benefits.
  • Reports on and analyzes key HR Metrics.
  • Performs other related HR duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience across multiple disciplines, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Experience leading projects and/or change management initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and relation building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  • Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in an agile work environment with a high level of energy.
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Proficiency working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $72,000 - $80,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
