This role is crucial in managing the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations for medical and religious needs, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience. - Manage the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations for medical and religious reasons, ensuring confidentiality and a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business unit managers/leaders to gather necessary information as part of the interactive process.
- Facilitate communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, and other relevant stakeholders (e.g., Ergo Team, BU Admin).
- Partner closely with the Reasonable Accommodation team to ensure a seamless process throughout the interactive process.
- Document and maintain accurate, appropriate, and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close.
- Manage Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in the Firm centralized system - AskHR.
- Escalate pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the accommodation process.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative process.
- Ensure all case documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the accommodations process.
