We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist with growth potential to join our People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Generalist will focus on partnering across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. An ideal candidate will have experience within the health-tech space; experience with employee relations and benefits programs; knowledge of HR compliance and legal issues; and a strong desire to contribute in a fast-paced and exciting environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide aid to employees and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and all company documentation to ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Conduct orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires including E-Verify, and assist in training sessions/seminars.
  • Assist with policy and process documentation and implementation.
  • Provide support with payroll and recruitment functions.
  • Act as a front-line contact for employees and management on human resources-related issues.

Professional Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR associate or relevant human resources/administrative position with working knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now).
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
