Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation of HR programs and processes to support a startup organization
  • Advise and administer HR policies, protocols, and information systems while proactively documenting and maintaining compliance with laws, and regulations
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support full life cycle on-boarding/off-boarding activities and beyond with special attention to sensitive situations
  • Support payroll, benefits, compensation packages activities
  • Become an expert in each job's expectations and ideal candidate
  • Support producing job descriptions, jobs listings, managing applications, offers, etc.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews while exercising best judgment to assess skills, knowledge, expectations, and culture fit
  • Become a champion of company culture, influence change, and support diversity while promoting employee engagement ensuring a positive experience, ultimately making CorDx a preferred employer
  • Gather, analyze, and present information related to the recruitment progress, labor market, compensation trends, and new HR policies
  • Support management and related teams to understand the organization's talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term HR strategies/initiatives
  • Support end-of-year processes, including compensation planning, talent calibration, performance reviews and assist with respective reporting and data collection
  • Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is required in HR, business admin or related fields
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle HR experience (high volume is preferred)
  • Data-backed track record of success in HR
  • Knowledge in HR processes and best practices with respect to hiring, onboarding, and record keeping per federal/state law
  • Familiarity of biotech industry.
