The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the HR department, with a specific focus on utilizing ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and assisting with recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Post job openings and manage applicant tracking in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Support HR team in handling employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
  • Handle routine HR inquiries and direct more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
