As an HR Assistant supporting our real estate company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:


Recruitment Support

  • Assist in candidate vetting, interview coordination, and issuance of employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes.

Employee Records

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Orientation and Onboarding

  • Support new hires during orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Help them acclimate to our company culture and processes.

Benefits Administration

  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and address employee queries.

General HR Administration

  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
  • Keep track of deadlines, paperwork, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is crucial.
