Human Resources Assistant

Duties:

  • Assist in the processing time clock punches and help resolve payroll issues and errors
  • Assist in planning company events and planning teambuilding activities
  • Coordinate employment interviews
  • Help maintain employee records along with accurate time and PTO records
  • Complete employee verification forms
  • Assist in the establishment and enforcement of firm guidelines
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one (1-2) years Human Resources experience
  • Must possess EXCEPTIONAL communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems and with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be extremely comfortable & skilled in using technology and automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
