This position will perform administrative duties to support the operations of the human resources team for all Genesis Health Clubs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains reliability and confidentiality
  • Provides clerical support with all HR documents
  • Assist HR with the process of onboarding new employees
  • Maintain employee personnel files in database
  • Assist with semi-monthly payroll
  • Assist with processing and maintaining weekly, monthly and yearly reports
  • Process wage and employment verification forms
  • Work with HR Generalists on special projects and other assignments as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provide input in developing new strategies to support goals and objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Sufficient typing skills
  • Customer service oriented
