The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting HR operations in the areas of data analysis, program management and HR technology. This position works closely with HR team members within the Madison Air family of businesses as well as external vendor partners.


  • Coordinate annual enterprise employee engagement survey including data files, permissions, reporting and training
  • Project coordination and data management for total reward statements
  • Support HR technology roadmap in areas of opportunity assessments, requirements development, data analysis and execution of adopted initiatives
  • Support HR technology deployments in areas of project management, best practices and data mapping
  • Assist with benchmarking, market surveys, and best practice sharing related to HR operations and total rewards
  • Conduct focused compliance and targeted assessments as needed
  • Assist with HR operations projects and optimization opportunities
  • Develop systems solutions for functional HR process requirements
  • Support people data analytic dashboards and reporting
  • Participates in the review, testing and implementation of HR system requirements, upgrades, patches, new reports, processes, etc.

  • Proven business partner, relationship management skills, and the ability to interact successfully with all departments and levels, internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years working with data analytics and/or a working understanding of how data works and impacts HR
  • Exposure to compensation frameworks or analysis preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Strong technical analytical/problem solving skills
  • Displays strategic thinking and good judgment when faced with complex or difficult situations and decisions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to successfully manage tasks and activities across business lines as well as with external partners


Preferred
