Summary: Our Manufacturing & Energy Solutions client in Kohler, WI, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support its HR team REMOTELY or HYBRID during a period of transition. The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks from home, related to total rewards/compensation, health & wellness programs, leave of absence, relocation, and HR reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless HR operations and effective communication with vendors and employees. Contract Duration: 12+ months

Location
Kohler/Sheboygan, WI - Must live within driving distance (1.5 hours) from the office (in case you need to go in for an occasional meeting)
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule/Hours: 40 hours a week (flexible on specific hours worked)

Potential job duties:
Handle various HR administrative tasks related to total rewards, wellness, leave of absence, relocation, and HR reporting.
Assist with the administration of anniversary bonuses, ensuring accurate calculations
Update Total Rewards pages on HR hub, including Workday projects
Submit approved Authorization, Coordination, and Tracking (ACT) forms for employee relocation through an online portal
Manually forward emails from providers to HR partners
Coordinate and finalize event details for flu shot clinics, on-site health screenings, fitness workshops,
Call vendors, update vendor information, set up new contracts, and manage sign-up sheets for events
Perform Leave of Absence administrative duties, including looking up information, finding policies, updating components, scheduling meetings, etc.
Ensure complete billing and invoicing schedules are maintained and payment dates are met
Compile data from multiple sources to perform HR reporting
Assist with a variety of other tasks requested by management
Qualifications :
At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a corporate environment, preferably 5-10+
Experience with health & wellness programs, leave of absence, total rewords/compensation, and/or relocation/mobility
Experience with software ( i.e., Workday) implementation and performing data transfers is a plus
