Produce basic reports from HRIS, both monthly and as requested.
Distribute communication materials to eligible employees (i.e. benefits open enrollment, retirement plan enrollment, etc.).
Track accurate employee information and maintain electronic storage of sensitive employee files in compliance with firm policy and labor law requirements.
Maintain HR document inventory (pamphlets, program applications, annual forms at direction of compliance).
Support firm‐wide HR programs (both compliance and technology related).
Bill tracking/invoice processing.
Prepares reports as needed.
Assists with new hire onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absences.
Ability to discuss confidential and sensitive issues in a highly professional and discrete manner at appropriate times.
Applies information and guidance from federal regulations, manuals, information systems, and other resources.
Ability to recognize and protect confidential company and employee information.
Complete and collect HR forms and other documentation.
Various other assignments and responsibilities, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, communications or a related discipline required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role; experience in Human Resources a strong plus.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with various stakeholders.
Meticulous in reviewing documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
Can adapt to changes and shifting priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Handles sensitive information with integrity and maintains a high level of discretion.
Strong administrative technology skills and ability to learn new tools; proficient in Microsoft products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive) and collaboration tools such as Teams, DocuSign, etc.; knowledge of HR information management systems desired.
Strong critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose viable solutions.
