Our client has an opening for a Human Capital Consultant to provide human capital and change management consulting to NAVFAC. The right candidate will have one to six years of Federal/DoD/Big 4 consulting that includes human capital, change management, and/or business process improvement. The ideal candidate will also have an active or current DoD security clearance. If you do not have a clearance, our client will consider candidates that do not have one. Must be a US Citizen. This role is hybrid with two days a MONTH in the office, periodic meetings at the Washington Naval Yard, and some travel

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Preferred, DoD Secret Clearance or higher;
  • US Citizens;
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 1+ years of human capital, business process improvement, or change management experience;
  • Must have strong writing skills, ability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate recommendations;
  • Proficiency in project management skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports, briefing materials, and plans in MS PowerPoint, coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, and develop visualizations to highlight key data;
  • Support scheduling and facilitating meetings;
  • Managing individual tasks to meet project milestones, analyzing task lists to provide appropriate progress and status updates, independently research topics to gather knowledge and better understanding;
  • Manage competing priorities and multiple tasking;
  • Perform a broad range of tasks from high-level strategy creation to administrative duties.
