Working As Project Lead, Work To Design And Conduct Human Capital Data Collection And Analysis Efforts, Prepare And Implement Project Monitoring And Evaluation Frameworks And Protocols, Plan And Facilitate Strategy Sessions And Work Groups, Work With Senior Administration Personnel To Help Improve Management And Leadership Proficiencies, And Prepare Evidence-based Reports Of Observations And Recommendations. The Human Capital Consultant Is a Team Lead And Works With Senior Executive Level Government Personnel On Highly Sensitive And Complex Strategic Human Capital Issues, Challenges And Activities
Develop and execute large-scale, multifaceted workforce program and projects the may include assessment, planning, data gathering, analysis, feedback, recommendations, reports, and other related work.
Must have experience leveraging knowledge of Federal Human Resource/Human Capital Management laws, policy, and methodology to identify mission criical position and skill requirements, analyze gaps, recommend staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development strategies, and conduct "what-if" scenarios.
Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and analysis software (Oracle, Power Bi)
A Bachelor's degree in human resource management or any related field and six (6) or more years of experience is required
