We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Manager based in Tampa, Florida. This role involves overseeing and maintaining the optimal function of the organization's internal People Information Services systems. The HRIS Manager will manage database functions, software implementations, modifications and upgrades, and provide technical support and training. Collaborating with leadership and the People Team to identify improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases are also part of the role.
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization's internal People information services systems, including database management, implementation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
Oversee and maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications to meet changing business and technology needs.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance.
Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for People Services users.
Program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Serve as lead representative and liaison between the People Team, Platform Technologies, external vendors, and other stakeholders for database design and implementation projects.
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, People technology, and HRIS applications.
Oversee the procurement of appropriate hardware and software to ensure that the organization has high-quality, efficient systems.
Build a culture of continuous improvement within the team that aligns with the company's vision.

Requirements
Must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role in Human Resources
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services required
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to design and implement HR strategies and systems
Capable of managing HR technology projects effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located
Must be able to pass any required checks pertaining to the job function.
