HRIS Manager

Seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to play a vital role in the efficient management, enhancement, and optimization of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, this position entails overseeing 3rd party vendor support, ensuring data accuracy, harnessing technology to bolster HR initiatives, and fostering data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to lead global cross-functional projects effectively. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, are essential. This position, reporting to the Director of HRIS, is located on a hybrid schedule in Waltham three days a week.


Responsibilities


HRIS System Management:

- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud system and other HRIS systems to support HR initiatives.

- Manage HCM system release processes, 3rd party support vendor, and backlog prioritization.

- Lead HR key events such as open enrollment and performance/compensation cycles.


HRIS Strategy:

- Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan for HRIS aligning with organizational objectives.

- Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

**Data Analysis and Reporting:**

- Identify key themes, data trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to drive HR analytics and support business needs.


Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate HR processes for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement process enhancements.


Integration and Technology Enhancements:

- Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and recommend technology enhancements.


Data Governance, Privacy and Compliance:

- Drive critical HR reporting and data analytics ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Monitor adherence to system procedures and processes.


Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS system functionality.

- Define and manage a full system testing strategy.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Management of Information Systems or similar preferred) or equivalent experience.

- At least 10 years of HR systems experience, expert level experience with Oracle HCM modules preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a global organization and producing HR analytics for leadership.

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and troubleshoot independently.
