Role Overview: Join PepsiCo and lead key initiatives that support our PBNA strategy. Guide leaders and employees on company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay, and salary) administration, ensuring timely and consistent handling of policies and procedures. Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans while ensuring compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans.
  • Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
  • Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting. Partner with local teams for ongoing outreach.
  • Develop and execute site/region-level strategies to improve organizational health and culture.
  • Lead and participate in market and region-level diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work flexible hours as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.


Preferred Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior Human Resources Generalist and/or Organizational Development experience.
  • Experience practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience in a union environment.


Skills & Capabilities:

  • Understanding of, and experience with, most core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; labor relations; performance management; leadership development; training).
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items; talent management and succession planning experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence decision making.
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations.
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions based on facts/data analytics.
  • Consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present points of view in varied business situations.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Expected salary range: $72,500 - $121,300, based on full-time schedule.
  • Starting salary based on location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience.
  • Performance-based bonus: Target payout is 8% of annual salary.
  • Paid time off including parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
