Our client is seeking an HR Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various human resources projects and initiatives within the organization. This job is located in Boston, Massachusetts, Parmus, New Jersey, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Duties:
Assist HR leaders and project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects
Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other departments involved in the HR project
Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports
Prepare and distribute project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure project success
Coordinate meetings, distributing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
Provide administrative support to HR managers and project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining project files and records
Desired Skills/Experience:
1+ years of experience in project coordination
Experience in coordinating cross functional teams
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
