Job Overview

This position partners with a third-party vendor, managers, HRBP’s, Legal, and internal COE teams to coordinate leaves. It involves communication, problem-solving, and comfortability speaking with different levels in the organization.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required (with bachelor's Degree preferred but not required)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience and knowledge in FMLA, ADA, state-leave entitlement and pay, short and long-term disability, intermittent leaves, and accommodations
  • Ability to guide employees through the leave process
  • Experience advising employees on company policy, guidelines, and documentation requirements, related to leaves of absence
  • Proven attention to detail, critical thinking skills, ability to self-direct work, and excellent follow-up skills
  • Experience with leave administration
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • HRIS system knowledge, preferably Workday
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
  • Seniority level
