We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Partner to join our team. This role is primarily focused on benefits management, HR systems, HR reporting, and M&A due diligence. The ideal candidate will also provide an overflow of support in employee relations and other HR activities as needed. This strategic position requires a strong background in HR functions and the ability to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
Conduct regular benefits audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to optimize employee benefits experience
Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment and inquiries
Oversee HR systems' implementation, maintenance, and optimization
Ensure data integrity within HR systems and perform regular system audits
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on system usage
Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvements
Prepare and present reports on various HR metrics to senior leadership
Conduct comprehensive HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Assess and integrate benefits, HR systems, and processes of acquired entities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and integration of HR functions
Provide overflow support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Stay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in HR processes
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on benefits, HR systems, reporting, and M&A
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Experience with HR due diligence in M&A is highly preferred
