About the Role

As an HR Onboarding Coordinator at GreenLight, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new workers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Management: Facilitate onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise system data and ensure compliance with government, client, and company policies.
  • SOP Updates: Continuously update and refine our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual as processes evolve.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide the necessary support and ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, efficiently managing and escalating issues as needed.
  • High-Volume Management: Handle a significant volume of queries via email, telephone, and messaging tools with ease.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements, automation, and quality controls to achieve operational excellence.
  • Document Audits: Conduct audits on onboarding documents to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Process Enhancement: Engage in discussions to enhance processes and provide valuable suggestions.
  • Compliance and Orientation: Perform I-9 verifications and conduct New Hire Orientations.


Required Skills:

  • Technological Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Extra points for experience with ATS or HRIS systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and capable of resolving unexpected issues effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service mindset with responsiveness, empathy, and a positive attitude.


Qualifications:

  • Customer-Oriented: Self-motivated critical thinker with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably HR or business.
  • Experience: Prefer at least 1 year of relevant experience in staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, or customer service, but will consider top graduates with an HR background.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong ability to connect effectively across all organizational layers.
