What we are looking for:HR Intern

We are hiring an HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions. The right candidate will assist with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and managing HR-related paperwork. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of HR processes, enhance organizational skills, and contribute to the efficiency of our HR operations.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with posting jobs on applicant stack.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Helping to prepare onboarding materials and new hire orientation.
  • Assisting with the setup of new hire workstations and ensuring necessary equipment and access is ready.
  • Responding to employee inquiries.
  • Managing HR-related paperwork and filing in necessary storage. 
  • Track and remind employee(s) of benefit enrollments.
  • Assisting with audits and maintaining accurate and organized records for compliance purposes.
  • Sending out annual employee gifts.
  • Communicate with vendors/brokers.
  • Assist in enforcing office policies, like office attendance.

About You

  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to practice utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a Human Resources or administrative role is advantageous but not required.
