To provide administrative assistance to the HR Team.
Responsibilities
The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.
Scan and file personnel documents into the appropriate online files (ADP system) and physical files in the HR storage room.
File I-9 and Self-ID forms in appropriate binders.
Complete audits of HR forms and policy acknowledgements; Follow up with Team Members to collect documents as needed to ensure completion.
Maintain updated information on internal intranet
Create and post internal bulletins as needed
Assist with payroll excel spreadsheets for reconciliations of HAS, FSA, and 401k
Assist with month end reporting
Assist with New Hire Benefit enrollment
Prepare informational emails for Team Members and send reminders of enrollment deadlines
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.

Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies regarding employment and employment law.
Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.
Comply with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Completion of Junior Year of High School
Previous work experience preferred
Skills And Competencies
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to interact well with Team Members and customers
Strong in attention to details and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task and remain organized
