HR Generalist

Job Description

Pro-Tech is seeking an HR Generalist to specialize in . The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with experience in talent acquisition & training and development with impeccable time management skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will play a critical part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and comply with all legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
