Job Details
Position Overview The HR Generalist will sit in and support a key manufacturing facility in the region while also providing HR support to the surrounding areas. The ideal candidates will come from a manufacturing or retail background, have ADP and Workday experience, and will be highly knowledgeable in employee relations
Day to Day Responsibilities
Evaluate and interpret personnel policies, programs, and procedures for both employees and management personnel.
Execute professional-level human resources tasks across various functional areas, including staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, safety, and personnel research.
Manage administrative tasks related to human resources functions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all HR programs.
Analyze and provide guidance to supervisors and managers on resolving employee work-related issues.
Deliver presentations to clarify HR policies and foster compliance and understanding among stakeholders.
Conduct research to assess the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
Propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the efficiency of HR and operational processes.
Provide leadership or professional guidance to lower-level support and clerical personnel.
Implement and evaluate revised human resources policies.
Offer additional HR services as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
2+ years HR Generalist / Lead experience
Experience working with 150+ employees
ADP or Workday
Manufacturing, Construction, or Retail industry
Strong Employee Relations experience
Comfortable with an on site M-F 7am-3 30pm shift
Preferred Qualifications
ADP + Workday
SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
