We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing a broad range of human resource functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR efforts. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle a wide range of tasks from recruiting and onboarding to compliance with labor regulations, and everything in between
Responsibilities include:
Talent acquisition and recruiting
Coordinating employee onboarding and training initiatives
Support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that arise
Development and implementation of of human resource policies
Employee compensation and benefit administration
Organize employee performance reviews
Maintain accurate and complete employee records
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist (5+ years), with demonstrated success in executing a broad range of HR functions
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
