Are you an experienced HRIS Reporting Analyst with a strong background in Workday HRIS Administration? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and modeling with Workday or similar HCM platforms.
3+ years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience.
Proficiency in Workday reporting and Tableau.
Basic understanding of Workday security.
Responsibilities
Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, including Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, and government labor statistics.
Generate report queries in Workday to address ad-hoc reporting requests.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR policies and practices.
Maintain HR Dashboard in PowerBi to track and present key HR metrics.
Analyze recruitment trends, turnover rates, and compliance issues.
Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to optimize job roles and compensation structures.
Interpret survey results and propose initiatives for improvement.
Conduct classification audits to ensure job classifications align with regulations.
Uphold data privacy regulations and best practices.
