Title: HR Coordinator/Workday Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24-$27/hr W2

As a Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing acquisition data, ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and maintain new HR data into the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits of Workday data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze and manage HR data.
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support HR reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Provide day-to-day support for the Workday system, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain Workday modules, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Assist with data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Participate in Workday implementation and upgrade projects, providing functional expertise and support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while interfacing with different business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on data management and analysis.
- Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
