Responsibilities
Mainspring Energy, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Coordinator who is detail-oriented to support our fast-growing organization. You will provide administrative support to the HR functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. In this role you will:

Responsibilities
Mainspring Energy, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Coordinator who is detail-oriented to support our fast-growing organization. You will provide administrative support to the HR functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support for various HR programs, processes, and projects: You’ll be the backbone of our HR team, assisting with a wide range of initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in processing new hire setup, terminations, and preparing new employee’s electronic files: You’ll play a key role in ensuring our new hires have a welcoming experience.
- Complete verification of employment for current and former employees: Your attention to detail will be crucial in handling these requests accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with Safety and Workers’ Comp filings: You’ll help maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all employees.
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records: Your organizational skills will shine as you ensure our employee records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Triage and assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and special projects as assigned: Your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges will be valued in our dynamic environment.
- Assist with scheduling HR related meetings such as manager training, employee relations meetings, etc.: You’ll keep our HR team running smoothly by coordinating schedules and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
- Assist in coordinating with the payroll team for benefits and time off: Your collaborative spirit will be appreciated as you work with different teams to resolve employee inquiries.
- 1-2 years of work experience in administration, HR experience is a plus
- Bachelor degree is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, including Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, GMeet
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
- Attention to detail in working with numbers, and the ability to proofread reports and materials
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with an HRIS system is a plus
- Some calendar scheduling experience preferred
