Position Responsibilities
As a HR Systems & Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in HR operations and systems for project implementations and continuous improvement. You will serve as a functional liaison with internal HR systems and project governance team to support technical processes, implementations, inbox management, and document related procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Work cross-functionally with IT, HRBPs, stakeholders, and SMEs to support technologies and solutions to drive business transformation within HR.
- Drive end-to-end logistical support for program event deliverables in areas such as communications, resource tracking, reporting, and support.
- Capture, document, and manage all project requirements and objectives in appropriate platforms and tools and maintain consistent reporting across multiple projects.
- Oversight of systems, projects, and OHAI HR project portfolio.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Create project plans with timelines and identify risks and blockers to execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, governance, communication cadence, project tools, and project structure to effectively deliver programs/projects.
- Use excellent communication skills and initiative-taking behavior to inform, escalate, build consensus, and drive change across stakeholders.
- Support and deploy core processes and driving initiatives across HR.
- 2-5+ years' systems and project management experience successfully leading HR operations and coordinating multiple projects and programs in a high-growth, customer-focused global organization.
- Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to learn fast, acquire unfamiliar competencies, and accept new challenges.
- Experience in utilizing information systems.
- Willingness to share technical and business knowledge with project and operations team members.
- Strong collaborator with outstanding communication, organizational, and people skills.
- Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teams.
- Relevant project management skills and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical team members.
