Who you are?

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about people and business. You excel in full employee lifecycle management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. In this role, you will drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.


So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Work closely with the US leadership to implement global HR strategies, initiatives, and policies at the local level.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership in structuring and developing teams to maximize performance and employee engagement.
  • Partner with local leadership to offer guidance and support on HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Engage talent and create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Establish rapport throughout the organization using deep employee relations skills. Coach employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, and recruitment support.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices
  • This position is part of our HR team and reports to the VP of HR in Israel


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP role in a high-performing Tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring processes such as phone and in-person interviews, reference checks
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively address challenging situations and have difficult conversations
  • Experience in supporting GTM teams- a big advantage
  • Experience leading HR processes end-to-end such as performance review, merit, onboarding, and IDPs.
  • Experience working with HR software such as: Comeet/Greenhouse, CultureAmp, HRIS, Trinet - advantage
  • Experience with other software including; Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com
