We are partnered with a fast growing healthcare firm seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HRBP team and support two, growing client groups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent development, career frameworks, job architecture, performance assessments, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role will play a critical role in supporting multi-state employee groups and navigating complex employee relations and performance management scenarios.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership in the client groups, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of talent development programs that foster career growth and skills enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain career frameworks and job architecture to support organizational growth and employee progression.
  • Supporting performance assessment processes, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and develop succession planning strategies to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Create and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Support complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
  • Provide HR support to multi-state employee groups, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in talent development, career frameworks, and job architecture.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Familiarity with multi-state HR practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
