HR Associate/Business Partner (Global FMCG)

They are looking for a People & Culture Associate to join their team in their new Raleigh, NC office!

Your new role

As a part of the People and Culture Team, will be supporting talent management, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, participating in employer branding activities, maintaining employee data in HR systems, and providing general support for various P&C projects and initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with Global Business Support on HR activities and offers opportunities for interaction with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

What you will need to succeed

• 2-3 years of HR expertise, indicative of a Generalist/ HR Operations skillset
• Been part of an HR Shared services or "center of excellence" structured teams, preferably within a large, global organization
• Practical experience (ideally with global teams), encompassing a range of HR functions such as Employee Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development.
• A thorough understanding of HR platforms, including but not limited to SAP and SuccessFactors, and MS Office tools.
• The capability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively, with a history of effective cross-departmental cooperation.
• Demonstrated skills in articulating ideas and exerting influence throughout the organization.
