HR Assistant (Contract $22-24/hr)
We are seeking an HR Assistant on a contract basis, offering $22-24/hr, primarily on-site but with potential to be remote. The role involves transferring a variety of HR files from SharePoint to the UKG system and reports to the HR Director. The selected individual will manage a large HR documentation project, uploading all employment records currently stored on SharePoint into the HRIS, UKG. Familiarity with HR documents is essential to ensure proper categorization within UKG. This independent project requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle the repetitive nature of the work while maintaining accuracy. The ideal candidate will be proficient with an HRIS system, with UKG experience being a plus, possess exceptional attention to detail, be able to work independently, and be familiar with HR documentation such as I-9 and W-4 forms.
