Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company website.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and orientation schedules.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Assist in processing payroll and maintain payroll records.
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR events.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
