Job Description

**Job Title: Human Resources Administrator**

  • Reports To:** HR Manager

**Job Summary:**

The Human Resources Administrator will support the HR department in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Admin will ensure the efficient operation of the HR office, contribute to the improvement of HR processes, and provide excellent service to employees and managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • **Employee Records and Data Management:**
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics as required.
  • *Benefits Administration:**
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • **Employee Relations:**
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the administration of employee programs and events.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • **Compliance:**
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
  • **HR Projects and Initiatives:**
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and software.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Experience:** At least 1 of experience in an HR support role.
  • **Skills:**
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • **Personal Attributes:**
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
